I've been feeling a litle "blocked" lately in my writing. I'm still writing every day but some days instead of my free flowing rush of ideas and words it's more like a trickle.
So I tried something new and decided to sacrifice some of my precious quiet/writing time while the boy was at school and listen to a meditation by Deepak Chopra called The Soul of Healing Meditations
It worked!
In fact, it worked so well that I'm trying to incorporate a little more meditation
into my daily routine. And if my son incorporates, a little extra sleep, too.

That's sounds like a great idea and I know what you mean! Sometimes the 'flow' of writing..never well flows!

I don't have this, but I have another meditation CD that I sometimes play. It fills me with calm. I need to listen to it more.
